The initial planning conference of field trainings “Cooperative Best Effort 2004” within the frames of NATO’s program “Partnership for Peace” is going on in Baku.

The second day of the conference was dedicated to specifying the field trainings operations to be held in Autumn 2004, improving the operative subdivision on syndicates and preparing the preliminary operative scenario for field and staff-command trainings, determining the goals, computer network and frequencies for staff-command trainings. Under NATO’ recommendations, two conferences and staff-command trainings are scheduled to be held.
