According to the credit agreement signed in 1999 between the government of Azerbaijan and International Development Association, a part of works in frame of the project for cultural heritage protection (restoration “ Divankhana” in Shirvanshah Palace, mausoleums Momina Khatun and Gudi Khatun in Nakhchivan, reconstruction of the first floor of Saray building of Shirvanshah Palace and restoration of the Sheki Khan Palace). Works are currently going on.
