A solemn opening of inter-district narcological mental dispensaries was held in Mingachevir.

Addressing the ceremony, speakers told about state concern about citizens’ health, and stated that in the upcoming presidential elections they would vote for the most worthy candidate. The meeting participants have been also acquainted with how treatment and preventive work had been organized in the well-equipped medical establishments.
