Necdet Unuvar: Women were more active than men in Azerbaijan’s presidential election

“Security measures were at a high level during the presidential election in Azerbaijan on April 11,” Turkish MP, head of the Turkey-Azerbaijan interparliamentary friendship group Necdet Unuvar said at a press conference.
The Turkish MP said that the election was held in a free and democratic atmosphere, noting that no law violations were recorded.
He went on to say that women were more active than men during the election.
At the end, the Turkish MP congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the election.
