OFFICIAL VISIT OF TURKISH PREMIER TO GERMANY

Prime-Minster of Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived, September 2, in Berlin for an official visit on the invitation of the Federal Chancellor of Germany Gerhard Schreuder. Following a one-on-one meeting the Government heads told a press-conference the talks had focused on bilateral relations, German support of Turkey in its integration into European Union, international situation, including that of in Iraq.

The same issues were discussed during the Turkish Premier’s meeting with Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Joschka Fischer.

Following his meeting with representative of Turkish Diaspora in Berlin uniting 122 thousand 700 people, Mr. Erdogan, who finished the visit on September 3, made a speech in Ebert Frederich.
