OIC member states urged to unite efforts to stop Armenia's policy of eco-terrorism

Azerbaijan`s representative in the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation has urged members states to combine efforts to put an and to Armenia`s policy of eco-terrorism.

Addressing the Commission`s 16th session in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Aydin Safikhanli said the Armenian military aggression seriously damaged the nature and biological diversity of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the ecological situation in the region as a whole. He said this resulted in the degradation of the environment and continuous misuse of the region’s natural resources.
