Governed by paragraph 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To appoint Farid Rauf oglu Shafiyev Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic.
