Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on stripping Akram Aylisli (Akram Najaf Naibov) of the individual stipend of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Taking into account numerous appeals from the society, including our fellow countrymen, who became refugees and IDPs as a result of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, to strip Akram Aylisli (Akram Najaf Naibov), who deliberately distorted history of Azerbaijan with his slanderous novel, of the individual stipend of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order as follows:
“Akram Najaf Naibov” clause of the 1st part of the Order 942 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On giving individual stipends of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated June 11, 2002 (Statute Book of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2002, No6, Article 349) is hereby revoked.
