PRESIDENTIAL DECREES AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS MADE PUBLIC
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has made public amendments to the some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic, in particular, on the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On privatization of state property”, “On bases of town building”, “On water economy of municipalities”, “On creation of State Committee of Azerbaijan Republic on work with religious structures”, “On introduction of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On approval, introduction, coming into effect of the Code on administrative offences and issues connected with this legal regulations”, “On state assistance to small entrepreneurship”, “On antimonopoly activity”, “Agreement on cooperation between Ministry of labor and social security of population of Azerbaijan Republic and Ministry of labor and social development of the Russian Federation in the field of labor, “On statistics”.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev issues a Decree “On amendments to the “Regulations on honorary titles”. The Cabinet of Ministers is assigned to solve problems resulting from this Decree. The Decree comes in to effect on the day of promulgation.
