President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev issued an executive order on savings of citizens in the former USSR banks, definitely, in Azerbaijan banks. The Order envisions setting a state commission to prepare indexation of the savings, volume of compensation, payment mechanism for them. Premier of Azerbaijan Republic heads the Commission including representatives from relevant state bodies.
