According to the information provided by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Washington, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, who is under treatment in the US Cleveland clinics, voted at 8.30 a.m. in local time (at 17.30 pm in Baku time) on October 15.

Commission members of the Washington election point of the 17/3 Yasamal election district commission, created for the Presidential elections at the Azerbaijan Embassy in Washington, have taken a portable ballot box to Cleveland and thus, ensured voting rights of President Heydar Aliyev and other citizens of Azerbaijan residing there.
