I warmly congratulate You with the election at the post of President of Azerbaijan republic. In Your person, the Republic has acquired worthy successor of the balanced and wise policy that Azerbaijan successively pursued and that aimed at rise of economy of the state and strengthening of good neighboring relations with Russia.
