PSV won the Dutch Cup for the 10th time in their history and for the first time since 2012 by beating holders Ajax 2-1 in the final in Rotterdam on Sunday, according to Xinhua.
A topsy-turvy match at De Kuip stadium saw PSV striker Eran Zahavi have an early goal disallowed for offside before Ryan Gravenberch put Ajax in front in the 23rd minute from just outside the area.
On the stroke of half-time, Noussair Mazraoui seemed to have put Ajax further in front with another strike from outside the box, though his effort was ruled out for an offside.
It was a big relief for PSV to make it to half-time with only a 1-0 deficit. Five minutes into the second half, PSV turned the match around completely. Erick Gutierrez headed in an equalizer and Cody Gakpo put PSV in front.
Ajax came close to an equalizer, but Davy Klaassen's strike was disallowed for offside.
