Paischer among 15 Austrian Olympic veterans at Baku 2015

Judo silver medallist Ludwig Paischer was among 15 Olympians named to Austria's Baku 2015 team.
The two-time European champion Paischer, who took 60kg silver at Beijing 2008, has appeared at three Olympic Games, making him one of five athletes named by the Austrian NOC ÖCC for the Baku 2015 European Games to have appeared at multiple Olympics. All told, Austria will have 145 athletes at Baku 2015.
The 33-year-old Chinese-born Table Tennis player Liu Jia has been at the last four Olympics Games while Robert Gardos (Table Tennis), Sabrina Filzmoser (Judo) Gerhard Mayer (Athletics) and Yvonne Schuring (Canoe Sprint) all represented Austria at Beijing 2008 and London 2012. The other nine Austrians who appeared at London 2012 were Hilde Drexler (Judo), Ivona Dadic, Elisabeth Eberl, Beate Schrott and Andreas Vojta (all Athletics), Amer Hrustanovic (Wrestling), Stephanie Obermoser, Andreas Scherhaufer (both Shooting) and Amelie Solja (Table Tennis).
The biggest contingent on the Austrian team is in Athletics, for which the country is sending 48 athletes to Baku 2015.
