President Ilham Aliyev receives delegation led by Turkey’s interior minister

Baku, February 23 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on February 23 received delegation led by the interior minister of Turkey Idris Naim Shahin.

Turkish official conveyed greetings of the Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the Azerbaijani leader.

The meeting highlighted successful relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey in all areas.

Shahin said that the current visit will give renewed impetus to the expansion of bilateral relations.

The meeting also focused on common fight against crime, interaction and exchange of experience in this area.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed gratitude to the minister and asked to deliver his greetings to the Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
