Gazakh, April 12 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in Gazakh region of Azerbaijan as part of his visit to northwestern regions.

The Head of State visited monument to the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev in Gazakh and put flowers at it.

Gazakh governor Ayaz Asgarov updated the President on redevelopment works carried out in the Heydar Aliyev Park.

The construction works were carried out in January-April in the park with a total area of 4 hectares.

President Ilham Aliyev gave relevant instructions.
