President of International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation meets with Kazakhstan`s deputy foreign minister

Baku, March 3, AZERTAC

The President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has met with Kazakh Deputy Foreign Minister Kanat Tumysh.

Gunay Afandiyeva highlighted the activities of the Foundation, projects being implemented in different countries and the upcoming plans to promote the centuries-old history and rich culture of Turkic peoples. The president of the foundation stressed the importance of joint projects on promotion of ancient heritage of the Turkic world in the international arena.

The Kazakh Deputy Foreign Minister hailed the work done by the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation. He emphasized that the organization made special contribution to strengthening cooperation between the Turkic countries. Kanat Tumysh underlined that Kazakhstan would utterly support the projects carried out by the Foundation.

The pair noted that the 10th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States to be held in Kazakhstan this year is of great importance for the Turkic states` integration.
