Putin, Erdogan to discuss regional problems

Baku, June 13, AZERTAC

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who are in the Azerbaijani capital for the opening ceremony of the first-ever European Games, will hold talks on Saturday to discuss bilateral relations and key regional problems.

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has not ruled out that the theme of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline project may be raised, according to TASS.

"Of course, if there is enough time, there may be an exchange of opinion on crucial major projects on the bilateral agenda," Peskov told the media.
