REGULAR MEETING OF CIS ECONOMIC COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN MOSCOW
A regular meeting of the CIS Economic Council will be held on September 5 in Moscow where the Commonwealth member countries are expected to discuss the course of elaboration and realization of interstate and inter-governmental economic co-operation programs. AzerTaj’s Moscow-based correspondent reports citing CIS Executive Committee that the meeting will also focused on implementation of the ‘Program of Actions for CIS Development for the Period up to 2005’, and general trends in deepening of integration processes between Commonwealth states.
It should be reminded that 32 interstate and inter-governmental programs has been approved or are being worked out now. The main document for economic co-operation is Program of Actions for CIS Economic Development and the Program’s plan of actions. Sixty seven out of ninety four actions of the Program are of economic character
