RETIRED TEACHER TURNED HER HOUSE INTO MOSQUE

A resident of Kirej-Muganli village of Marneuli province, Georgia Shahlig Huseynova devoted most of her life to education of young generations.

Retired many years ago this lonely woman realized her dream by turning her house into the divine temple - mosque for village people and, in this regard, she referred to the Clerical Office of Caucasian Muslims. After the Clerical Office approved this initiative Shahlig Huseynova’s house began functioning as a mosque.

Lately, speaking at the opening ceremony a Clerical Office representative Meshadi Ali, chairman of Gachagan village authority Vizir Veliyev, chief of the Gachagan Police Department Ilyas Hasan oglu, teachers Sadreddin Demichiev , Ehtiram Amirkhanli and others expressed gratitude to Shahlig Huseynova for this initiative.

Then, worshippers prayed for Heydar Aliyev’s recovery and his soon coming back to Azerbaijan.
