RUSSIAN INTERIOR MINISTRY COOPERATES WITH INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

At the briefing held in Moscow, acting head of the international cooperation department of Interior Ministry of Russia, colonel of internal service Sergey Gladkin noted that one of the priorities of the Ministry was international cooperation in combat against terrorism, organized criminality and illegal migration.

According to him, joint program on combat against criminality on CIS territory for 2005 is successfully going on. Besides, the Ministry carries out active work for provision and coordination of multilateral, bilateral and frontier cooperation of these countries with Interior Ministry.

Besides, the Ministry worked out and signed 60 inter-governmental agreements, prepared for signing over 100 inter-state, inter-governmental, as well as over 30 interdepartmental acts.
