RUSSIAN TO BE TAUGHT IN IRANIAN SCHOOLS

Russian language will be taught in the Iranian schools since the next academic year by the decision of Higher Education Council of Iran. Though before, Russian has been teaching only in some higher educational institutions, now student have the chance to learn the language at schools of general education, as well. So, in addition to English, French, and German, the school program will include Russian, Spanish and Italian the students will learn at their own option.
