SOCAR`S BUDGET PAYMENT FOR JULY 2010

Baku, August 9 (AZERTAC). The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan paid AZN 88 million 927 thousand to the State Budget for July of the current year. For January-July 2010, SOCAR transferred AZN 602 million 899 thousand to the State Budget that is AZN 106 million 463 thousand or 121,4% more against payments for the same period of 2009. Besides, the Company`s payment to the State Social Protection Fund made AZN 11 million 856 thousand in July 2010 that is AZN 3 million 284 thousand (138,3%) more compared to the same period of 2009. In general, the January-July payments to State Social Protection Fund totaled AZN 73 million 113 thousand that is AZN 11 million 718 thousand (119,1%) more against the payments for the same term in 2009.
