    SOCAR ANNOUNCES TENDER FOR REBCO CRUDE EXPORT

    The Department of Marketing and Economic Operations of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has announced a tender for export of 600,000 barrels of the Russian Export Blend Crude Oil (REPCO) fron the Russian port of Novorossiysk. Results of the competition will be announced on 25 October.
