SOCAR GEORGIA GAS TO INVEST $40m IN SUPPLYING GAS TO COUNTRY`S CITIES AND TOWNS

Baku, August 9 (AZERTAC). Socar Georgia Gas, has said it is planning to allocate $40 million for supplying gas to cities and towns in Georgia.

The company`s three-year investment program will cover 30 cities and towns in the country, and see 150,000 consumers supplied with gas.

Socar Georgia Gas, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan`s state oil firm, has been operating in Georgia since 2007.
