SOCAR and foreign oil companies signed 34 PSAs by beginning of 2018

Earlier this year, SOCAR and foreign oil companies have signed 34 production sharing agreements (PSAs), according to the annual report of SOCAR in 2017.

Of these, 19 agreements cover the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, and 15 agreements - dry areas.
