    SWITZERLAND`S VITOL S.A WINS SOCAR`S OIL TENDER

    Switzerland`s Vitol S.A company has won a tender for export of 600,000 barrels of REBCO crude from the Novorossiysk seaport on October 29-30. The tender was announced by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan.
