A car bomb has been detonated in Afghanistan's capital during the morning commute, killing at least seven civilians, officials said, according to Aljazeera.
Nasrat Rahimi, spokesman for the interior ministry, said the blast occurred on Wednesday in the Qasaba area of Kabul.
At least seven people were wounded in the explosion, Rahimi said, warning the death toll could rise.
The spokesman said the target of the attack was not immediately clear and that an investigation was under way at the scene.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
