TURKPA to observe presidential and parliamentary elections in Turkey

The TURKPA international observation mission will monitor the presidential and parliamentary elections in Turkey to be held on June 24. The observation mission consists of the members of parliaments of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Azerbaijan.
The observers will visit a number of polling stations in Ankara to monitor the voting on the ground.
As part of the visit, the TURKPA mission is expected to have meetings with Vice Chairperson of the Republican People's Party (CHP) Tekin Bingol, Head of the Supreme Election Council Sadi Guven, Vice Chairperson of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Mevlut Karakaya, Deputy Chair of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) Naci Bostanci.
On June 25, the observation mission will hold a press conference for presenting the mission’s conclusions on elections.
