On awarding "Shohrat" Order to R. A. Mehdiyev
Guided by Item 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To award "Shohrat" Order to Ramiz Anvar oglu Mehdiyev for his fruitful activity rendered to the strengthening of statehood and his huge contribution to the development of science in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
