    Vehicles belonging to Russian peacekeepers pass freely through the peaceful protest area on the Lachin-Khankandi road.

    Conditions have been created for the next three vehicles belonging to Russian peacekeepers moving from Lachin towards Khankandi to pass through the protest area.
