I was deeply grieved to hear about heavy loss of life as a result of a tragedy happened in the city of Santa Maria.

I share your sorrow in these hard times. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf I offer heartfelt condolences to You, families and relatives of the victims and to all people of Brazil, and also wish the injured a speedy recovery.
