Turkish, Georgian FMs discuss prospects of regional projects

Tbilisi, February 17 AZERTAC

Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu has met his Georgian counterpart Mikheil Janelidze to discuss prospects of regional projects.

Mr. Cavusoglu said regional projects carried out with the participation of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey serve to peace and security in the region and Europe as a whole.

“The direct rail way relations will be established among the three countries following the completion of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project,” The Minister added.

They also discussed issues on establishing the strategic partnership council between Georgia and Turkey, as well as increasing the trade tournament.
