Turkish PM urges international community, OSCE Minsk Group to warn Armenia

Strasburg, April 19, AZERTAC

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has urged international community and the OSCE Minsk Group to warn Armenia as he addressed the second day of the plenary meeting of the PACE spring session.

Speaking about the conflicts, Mr. Davutoglu stressed the importance of settlement of the disputes in compliance with the norms of international law.

He also touched upon the recent events on the line of contact of troops of Armenia and Azerbaijan, and underlined that the human loss once again demonstrated that the “status-quo is unacceptable”.

The Premier said that Turkey was ready to assist in the peaceful settlement of the conflict, adding his country will continue to support Azerbaijan for its occupied territories to be liberated soon.
