    UKRANIAN COMPANY TO REPAY ITS DEBTS TO SOCAR

    State Joint Stock Company “Ukrresurs”will have repaid its debt for the diesel oil to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic before October 2003.

    According to the Embassy of Ukaraine to Azerbaijan, the intergovernmental agreement signed in 1999 foresaw to provide the Ukranian agriculture with 500 thousand tons of diesel oil. 130 thousand tons of oil had been delivered to Ukraine in March , the “Ukrresurs”, however, has repaid 80% of the supplies. Now, the Company’s debt to SOCAR comes to 5,3 million US dolars.
