Vecherniy Murmansk publishes article on Azerbaijan and its citizens
Baku, February 4 (AZERTAC). The “Vecherniy Murmansk” newspaper founded by Murmansk Administrative center has issued an article titled “All are brothers in Murmansk”.
Azerbaijani Diaspora activist in Murmansk city Alihuseyn Shukurov said that the article covers Head of the Murmansk Administrative center Alexey Veller`s meeting with representatives of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress. The Azerbaijani delegation came from Moscow to get acquainted with the Murmansk city and oblast, as well as their Azerbaijani compatriots` activity.
The article says: “The Azeri delegation has participated in national cultures holiday “Friendship festivity” and decided that all are brothers in Murmansk where representatives of more that 100 peoples live”.
The article gives citation of the Head of the Murmansk Administrative center: “There is no conflict among the different nationalities. We understand that these people need the support of Diasporas. As a head Afil Huseynov takes an active part in Diaspora organization in Murmansk. We have close relations with the Azerbaijanis living in Murmansk.”
