More than 320 thousand customers are using “My Bakcell” application
Bakcell, the First Mobile Operator and Fastest Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, prolongs the FREE 1GB campaign until October. According to the terms of campaign, launched in March of the current year, every Bakcell subscriber who downloads “My Bakcell” mobile app and registers with his/her number receives 1 GB of FREE internet for use in 4G network as a gift from the mobile operator.
The application can be downloaded from “Google Play” and “Appstore” and used free of charge. Note that only the subscribers who register in “My Bakcell” for the first time will be able to receive the free internet traffic. To participate in this campaign and use free internet, the customers need to have a 4G compatible phone and 4G SIM-card.
Prolongation of the campaign is dedicated to the success of “My Bakcell” – a digital self-care web portal and application for Android & IOS platforms. Thus, in only a year after its launch in February 2018, more than 320 thousand customers have downloaded “My Bakcell”, and the number of monthly successful operations through this digital channel reached 30,000. The application gained high appreciation of customers with high ratings in Google Play and App Store.
“My Bakcell” app allows the customers to perform all necessary transactions with their mobile number, with no need for calling or visiting the customer care center. “My Bakcell” provides the users with such unique benefits as maximum level of convenience and transparency, full access to number’s usage history, covering the list of called numbers, time and duration of calls, as well as spent amounts a lots of other useful features, including an online chat. Note that every month more than 7,000 customer requests are handled via the Live chat, which operates 24/7 and offers a 20 second First Respond Time.
