"ASAN Khidmet", UN Office for South-South Cooperation expand relations

A panel session titled “South-south and Triangular Cooperation for Innovative Partnerships and Solutions for Urbanizing Global South” was held as part of the 13th Session of the United Nations (UN) World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku.
Mahammadali Khudaverdiyev, representative of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, spoke about the achievements of the "ASAN Khidmet" model in implementing innovative approaches in public administration, increasing citizen satisfaction, and expanding the accessibility of public services.
According to him, the "ASAN Khidmet" attaches special importance to the exchange of experience in the field of innovative public services within the framework of South-South cooperation.
During the panel discussion, speakers emphasized the importance of cooperation among developing countries in the face of rapid urbanization, climate challenges, and growing social demands.
The participants exchanged views on the role of public services in shaping sustainable and inclusive cities, promoting innovative solutions, and developing international partnerships.
