Ali Asadov: The social reform packages of the last 5 years have benefited 4 million citizens

“The upcoming 2025 budget will primarily focus on the social protection and welfare of the population, with persistent attention and care for the families of martyrs and veterans remaining a key priority of state policy,” said Prime Minister Ali Asadov during his speech at the Milli Majlis plenary session on Monday.
“Overall, social expenditures across all sectors exceed 40% of state budget expenses. In 2025, new increases in minimum wages, pensions, allowances, and other social payments will cover nearly 3 million citizens. Over the past five years, four social reform packages amounting to 7 billion manats have benefited 4 million citizens,” stated the Prime Minister.
