On August 30, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Yaşar Güler, Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Türkiye, held a telephone conversation, the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

Colonel General Zakir Hasanov congratulated his counterpart on the occasion of Victory and Armed Forces Day in fraternal Türkiye.

During the conversation, they discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation, regional security, and a range of issues of mutual interest.
