Azerbaijan’s Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov has met with Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Sanusi Barkindo prior to the 4th OPEC and Non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting in Vienna.

Minister Shahbazov invited the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee to hold their January meeting in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku, returning to the ‘cradle of the oil industry’.
