Azerbaijan joins China's largest TV and film market for the first time

The Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARKA) represented the country for the first time at the International Film & TV Market in Shanghai, People's Republic of China.
ARKA has carried out numerous initiatives to promote Azerbaijan’s culture and audiovisual potential at the international level.
As part of the event, the Azerbaijani delegation held meetings with representatives of the film industries from Türkiye, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, and other countries. Additionally, negotiations were held with representatives of the Chinese film industry.
The Shanghai International Television and Film Market is a major event in Asia that brings together film and television professionals from around the world. It serves as a platform for networking, project presentations, co-production discussions, and forging new partnerships within the industry.
