Azerbaijan, Moldova expand economic ties

Elnur Aliyev, Azerbaijan's First Deputy Minister of Economy, met with Mihai Popșoi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova.
The sides emphasized enhanced cooperation in economic and trade, energy, and other areas, adding that reciprocal visits at various levels make a significant contribution to expanding relations and strengthening partnership between the two countries.
First Deputy Minister Elnur Aliyev pointed out investment prospects in agriculture, energy, ICT sectors and provided insight into the investment environment and business opportunities, as well as the economic reforms.
The meeting featured discussions on exploring investment opportunities and fostering cooperation in promising areas.
The parties also stressed the importance of continuing joint efforts to further deepen economic partnership.
