Baku, November 30, AZERTAC
“A total of nearly 73.3 billion cubic meters gas has been transported to Türkiye and the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) pipeline through the Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline (TANAP) until November 25 of 2024,” Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Energy said on X.
“Five years have passed since the opening of the TANAP-Europe connection.
TANAP, which is the major segment of the Southern Gas Corridor, delivers gas produced from Shah Deniz gas condensate field to consumers in Türkiye and Europe. TANAP connects to Southern Gas Corridor on the Turkish-Georgian border and to TAP on the Turkish-Greek border,” the ministry noted.
