Azerbaijan’s FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev will control the matchday 1 of the Europa Conference League 2024/2025 league phase between Borac (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Panathinaikos (Greece).

Masiyev will be assisted by his fellow countrymen Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov, with Farid Hajiyev serving as the fourth official.

Ingilab Mammadov and French Benoit Millot will be the video assistant referees (VAR) of the game.

The match will be played on October 3 at the Gradski Stadion Banja Luka, Bosnia Herzegovina, at 23:00 Baku time.
