Mukhtar Babayev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, met with Andrew Harper, Special Adviser to the High Commissioner for Refugees on Climate Action.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on preparations for the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), scheduled to take place in Azerbaijan this November.
