Azerbaijan’s Economy Minister meets with President of OPEC Fund for International Development

Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, met with Abdulhamid Alkhalifa, the President of the OPEC Fund for International Development, on the sidelines of the Annual Meeting of the Islamic Development Bank Group held in the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
The meeting hailed the cooperation between the OPEC Fund and Azerbaijan as the sides exchanged views on sustainable development, the efficient use of resources, and key areas of bilateral cooperation.
The two emphasized the importance of partnership within the regional and international economic development goals.
The parties also reviewed prospects for joint activities within the scope of infrastructure projects.
