Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Science & Education explores cooperation prospects with City University of Hong Kong and Asia Greentech Fund

Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, met with Freddy Boey, President of the City University of Hong Kong, and Michael Ngai, Chairman of the Asia Greentech Fund, on the sidelines of the Global Sustainable Development Congress 2025 in Istanbul.
The meeting focused on exploring prospects for cooperation among the parties in the fields of science, education, and sustainable development.
Phil Baty, Chief Global Affairs Officer at Times Higher Education, and Ulkar Sattarova, Director of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, also attended the meeting.
