Badiaa Radi added that she considers from her position as president of the Association of Moroccan and African Women Writers, that the relations between the two countries can be further strengthened on two main points, the first is the media, which works systematically and effectively to introduce the two countries and secondly, culture to reveal the strong cultural heritage that would constitute a productive factor in strengthening the bridge between the two countries in various fields, depending on the culture of the two peoples close on the one hand, and relying on the similarity of issues that are the subject of discussion and advocacy in various forums. National and international, foremost of which are confronting the threat of colonialism and separatism towards defending the integrity of the territory and respecting the sovereignty of states on their territories.
She also declared that Morocco, having a geographical strategic position and adopting a policy of partnership, solidarity and cooperation with a win-win logic with Africa, the strong relations between Morocco and Azerbaijan would be an important factor in this cooperation in introducing the culture of peoples and their aspirations towards peace, safety and creative aspects.
