Baku hosts roundtable on “Oslo agreements and the current situation in the Middle East peace process”
Baku, March 11 (AZERTAC). A roundtable titled “Oslo agreements and the current situation in the Middle East peace process” has today been held in the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan (SAM).
The event was attended by President of the International Peace Institute Terje Rod-Larsen, SAM director Farhad Mammadov, SAM Deputy Director Gulshan Pashayeva, MP Asim Mollazade, chairman of the Azerbaijani Institute of Futurologists Reyhan Huseynova, head of the chair of international law at the Caucasus University Farhad Mehdiyev and political scientist Fikrat Sadigov.
The roundtable featured discussions on the ways for settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as the history and the current state of the Middle East peace process.
